The team at Noble Mechanic was very helpful and communicative. They had to track down a part that took the manufacturer months to deliver and did a great job birddogging it and communicating with me the whole time. Highly recommend these guys. Scott was particularly great.
I gave them a 18yr old vehicle (Jeep) with some typical issues to possibly give me some answers and also to get routine oil change and top off tires. I use this vehicle just to get me to and from work. Nothing more or less. First off, they charged me over $100 FOR AN OIL CHANGE! I didn’t really mind because this jeep only gets an oil change every 8-9 months (right or wrong/better or worse). What bothers me is it was a drop off service but it got lost in the shuffle because someone took time off and so I didn’t get a call that it was finished. Also they didn’t adjust tire pressure even after I explained what pressure I wanted them set to if/when they checked... read full review
After a nightmare experience at the service department of a dealership, The Noble Mechanic - specifically Jeremy - helped get us right with a new radiator, crystal clear explanations for any other work that needed done, and daily updates throughout our repair. We have now scheduled our other vehicle for an oil change and general maintenance check with The Noble Mechanic!
