“I cannot say enough good things about Indiana Mortgage Company, especially Terry and Lisa. They were absolutely phenomenal throughout the entire process.
I was in a very unique and stressful situation trying to purchase a home that I had been living in under a rent-to-own agreement. I had already invested serious money into making the house livable and poured an incredible amount of time, effort, and emotion into the property, without even owning it yet. The whole situation was overwhelming and honestly taking a toll on me mentally.
Before starting this process, I even spoke with a real estate attorney who told me that what I was trying to do could happen, but that the odds were against me. Two other banks said basically the same thing.
From the moment I started working with Terry and Lisa, they never once doubted the process. They guided me through every step, held my hand when I needed it, and were unbelievably responsive the entire time. Whenever something unusual came up and there were quite a few odd situations along the way. I could email them the information and they would immediately respond with clear instructions on what to send, what documents were needed, and who I should contact next.
This was a long and complicated process, but they never blinked. They stayed on top of everything and kept things moving when I felt like it might fall apart.
Quite honestly, this would not have happened without them. Their professionalism, persistence, and support made all the difference.
By the end of this journey, Terry and Lisa didn’t just feel like the people handling my mortgage, they felt like part of the process and almost like family. I’m incredibly grateful for everything they did.
If you need a mortgage company that will truly advocate for you and guide you through even the most complicated situations, I highly recommend Indiana Mortgage Company.
These wonderful people literally changed my life for the better and I owe them so much more than what they earned from my business. I am so grateful I can’t put it into words properly.
You cannot afford to go with anyone else. This is the way to go about your home buying process. If they can handle my incredibly specific case they can handle yours.
I hope I never have to move again, but if I do decided to, I know exactly who I’m calling again. Terry and Lisa quite literally changed my life into a long and happy adventure.”
