I just finished my first year of care at Life Refined and I could not say enough positive things about my experience. I have seen great improvements in sleep, reduced pain and overall better energy. I live a very active life and have historically been prone to minor injuries, but have been able to exercise worry free. Excellent experience! I have been doing cranial sacral massage with Lorin. The first massage, I didn’t know what to expect but I’ve had great results. The massage is incredibly relaxing and definitely releases endorphins. The following week I notice fewer headaches and overall better mood. The facility is top of the line. Really great service and highly recommend the cranial sacral massage for relaxation or healing. I leave feeling more relaxed than with traditional massage.
