Brent Ludlow provided additional information at my home, and listened carefully to two unique technical concerns. Brent kept me apprised of the schedule, while judiciously considering the weather forecast. The Roofing crew was experienced, polite, diligent and worked efficiently with no wasted movement. I should have written this review a lot sooner and in light of recent events anyone reading this now will truly appreciate why this review is important for the total customer service CJ of Roof it Forward demonstrated is something that needs to be told and praised.
First, CJ is a consummate gentleman and professional. Second, he knows roofing. Third, I was happy that I answered my door to CJ after I had been bombarded by other roofing companies after storms and a recent tornado whipped through my neighborhood.

I had my new roof installed by Roof It Forward in late summer of 2025, Columbus and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Mr.Trees and crew did an amazing job and cleaned up so well that you wouldn’t have known they were ever there. Mr.Trees was involved in the process, and Mr.Trees managed the project and kept me informed throughout the entire process.
