This was my first time getting extensions done after an unfortunate strip lash incident that left me with bald spots in my lashes, kira was able to totally fix them up and made it look like it never happened! So glad I went to her! :)

Chose Komplexions for my first ever bikini wax before leaving for vacation this weekend. Kiara answered all of my questions and provided me info for my options- waxing or sugaring. I decided to go with sugaring, and I absolutely love the results. I didn't find it to be overly painful and I never felt uncomfortable despite having everything on display for someone I just met. We just chatted the whole time! She's super easy to talk to. I was so pleased I went ahead and scheduled a follow up next month!
