Hearing Wellness is a very friendly and helpful place to get your hearing checked and to purchase hearing aids when needed. The doctor and staff are the best around, providing amazing, competent, conscientious, and patient care. They explain everything, answer all questions, and go above and beyond to find the best and perfect hearing aids for each person. They help find options close to insurance coverage, resulting in little out-of-pocket cost. The practice offers wonderful ongoing service, including cleaning and replacing filters at no additional cost, with no charge for office visits. Customers report beautiful, clear hearing in all situations, from group settings to using the TV play feature. Hearing Wellness receives a five-star rating and is absolutely recommended to anyone with a hearing problem.

Needed to replace a dead hearing aid. Insurance sent me here with the promise there would be a discount. Mentioned that to Mr. Haire and he went and got a spreadsheet showing me what the prices would be through my insurance. He helped me find a pair that were close in cost to what the insurance would cover. I got two new ones for very little out of pocket, and very close to what I paid once to get a single hearing aid repaired.
He has me come back every four months. He cleans them, replaces the filters, and makes sure I'm happy. All at no additional cost. Where I went before started charging for an office visit whenever I walked in the door. Mr Haire doesn't do that....read full review
