BNG services our: AC/furnace unit, tankless gas water heater, installed & service our generator & mini-split in the garage for pool table & treadmill use. They also extended a ductwork into a room addition & repaired a PVC vent. All the service personnel are knowledgeable & proficient. When you call in, the people on the phone are a delight! They are close by & scheduling for over 2+ years has always been flexible to meet our needs. Their value is solid. :-)

I have been with BNG for years. Always professional and courteous! Their staff went the extra mile!! I couldn't be more grateful for the compassionate service they provided. This week, during a severe heat wave, My 80+ year old parent's AC went out. They called several places but no one was available so she asked who I use and did I recommend. I told her BNG and apparently she called them right away and they could make it the next day. While I understand HVAC techs are very busy during heat waves, I decided to call BNG to check if there was any possible way to get my parents an earlier appointment. I talked to Anna and briefed her of my parents ages, and living in the country and not close to me. Miss Anna was so receptive and said she'd do what she could. Anna called me back 5 minutes later!!! She moved some appointments around and informed me a tech would be there in a couple hours!! WOW! I am extremely thankful. Thank you, Team BNG!

BNG replace my AC, they did a wonderful job, the 2 technician was excellent.
