Smart Cabinetry is a business with helpful and knowledgeable staff. The shipping and receiving personnel are friendly, amazing, and gracious, often going out of their way to assist. The yards are easy and clean to get around with no issues. For deliveries, overnight parking is allowed and receiving opens early. The process is efficient, with drivers able to get empty quickly, often in under twenty minutes. The office is organized; drivers can park, sign in, and get paperwork promptly. While loads are typically ready for a quick drop and hook, staff are helpful if there is a delay. Customer service is excellent, with prompt and helpful responses. Representatives are understanding and make efforts to problem solve, even sending out replacement parts at no charge. The cabinet quality is very pleasing. The company is highly recommended, especially for its outstanding customer service.
Overnight parking is allowed I’m assuming. I was told 7-3pm FCFS for my delivery. I arrived the night before and the yard dog driver I saw told me receiving would be open at 5am and they might unload me then. So I checked in just after 5am and they put me in a dock and had me empty in under 20mins.
My only gripe was that they left 4 broken pallets in the nose of the trailer that I didn’t notice until I got to my next pickup. Luckily that shipper was cool and moved them to the back of the trailer after they loaded me and I found a dumpster to throw them out at afterwards.
First of all, let me just say everybody is amazing. I’m very helpful knowledgeable… JASON. in the yard truck saying I was struggling because of the tight space in between trailers to put the landing gear up, he came over helped me unhook so he could pull the trailer out and then he was so gracious he even slid the tandems because the ground is so uneven… The yards are easy and clean to get around no issues absolutely none and I absolutely cannot say enough about the shipping and receiving ladies
Kecia was the most helpful customer service person I have dealt with. My cabinets are about 13 years old and hinges broke. I purchased this house about 2 years ago and looked in my area for a week at different places and couldn’t find a replacement. I sent an email with pictures of what I needed and Kecia replied within the hour and after a couple of more emails back and forth she sent me two hinges in the mail no charge that she thought would’ve worked and the do perfectly with just a slight modification for the new screw holes on the hardware.
