We purchased our Challenger Table for a Large Green Egg back in 2014. About a year ago, the paint started peeling off. I called Challenger to inquire about what to do. I sent photos in as requested and received a quick email response that there was a defect in the paint back then. They completely replaced it with a brand new one that looks amazing! Only thing we had to pay for was a couple of new add on's that weren't available back in 2014. I am VERY IMPRESSED with Challender Designs LLC for standing behind their products and I HIGH RECOMMEND their products! Would definitely buy from again in the future!

I bought a challenger spark table. Needless to say I never registered it as I guess I didn’t know I needed to. Stupid me. Today I went out to cook on my egg to see the table leaning. The front caster had broken off at the bolt. I called in to see if I could buy a replacement and was greeted by Jade she was so helpful and walked me through the warranty process. Needless to say challenger stands behind their products 100%. A replacement is on its way if a few weeks. Thanks for such a great product and thanks for being so helpful. In a day when customer service seems a thing of the past, Jade is a true asset. Thanks again
