Dr Dehmel is awesome! Luna loves her. It is obvious that she cares deeply about her furry patients. She is very patient and caring. She worked with Luna to make the vaccinations/blood work as painless and comfortable as possible. We never feel rushed and always feel like our questions and concerns are addressed. Luna always comes in and leaves wagging her tail.
I can’t say enough great things about this New Palestine vet clinic! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, patient, and genuinely caring. They treat our dogs like their own and always take the time to explain everything clearly, without rushing. The doctors are knowledgeable, gentle, and truly go above and beyond to make sure your pet is comfortable and well cared for. The clinic is clean, organized, and you can tell they take pride in what they do and follow up the next day from your previous appointment. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy and compassionate team!
We were only with this vet for a short time but within that short time the care they showed our sweet boy was amazing. They showed empathy and compassion, as well as very responsive when it was urgent matters. We cannot thank you enough for loving our sweet boy, Bowser, for the short time!
