I haven’t been in the advanced poolcare store in new pal and I see that complaints about this business seem to be mostly focused on the store itself. I read one review that suggested that a good rating for this business can’t possibly be true. Well, let me just set the record straight. The owner of this business understands customer care and is damn good at it. Mark K has been servicing our inground pool for two or three years and he shows up when he says he’s going to show up. Awesome mom and Pop shop so happy to have them in my area!

Excellent pool care! We had them all summer and our pool had neverlooked better! Have rehired them again for this year. They put time andeffort into making your pool look great!
