This was the first time I had someone else do my taxes (I've been doing them myself) and they did a great job. Turned them in at the end of February. Sadly though I had to go back a few more times since the GREAT IRS wanted more information on some stuff which even puzzled the tax person. That's just the IRS being the IRS.. I plan on using them in the future..
