Unfortunately, the front desk staff members have been less than kind and knowledgeable in my experience with this dental office. The women at the front desk are nearing elderly age and have limited understanding of technology, along with not understanding billing processes. I've been met with rude and condescending tones on more than one occasion while navigating an insurance mishap on their end. Hopefully everyone else has had a great experience, and I've been the only one dealing with this issue. I've loved the dentists and dental hygienists in the office, but will be searching for another dental practice.

Absolutely amazing dentist!! I just got 5 teeth pulled and didnt feel anything at all they are awsome at what they do and I will definitely be coming back there to get my dental work done thank you all so much and GOD BLESS.

Doctor Doug and Tammy are among the nicest people on the face of the earth. They go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and explain all aspects of the treatment plan including the costs to you. This community is blessed to have them as business professionals and residents as well.
