We called M.R.S. for a second opinion on our 2 older furnaces. Rick showed us time stamped photos and explained options to replace or repair. We appreciated his honesty and that we were able to have the new systems installed two days later. The installation guys were courteous and efficient.
When our AC went out we celled MRS and they had Ricky out the same day to evaluate. Two business days later we had a new AC installed and and operating. The installation was led by Gunner who along with his partner worked efficiently and professionally to perform in work in about 6 hours.
Everyone involved was friendly and informative. We've had other work performed by MRS in the past with the same result. Consistent outstanding service and quality.
Dustin Antle was great to work with on our irrigation systems. He was very polite and professional. I did not talk to any of the other workers on this job but they all seemed very competent at what they were doing. I was very happy with all the employees of MRS. I look forward to future service with Dustin and his crew.
