Our water heater went out after 14 years of service, so we opted to replace it. We had used Triple J for another project in the past and were very pleased, so we called them again. They took our information and gave us a respectable estimate. The technicians arrived at our home within 30 minutes of the agreed-upon time, assessed our set up and had a new water heater installed within 2.5 hours. They were professional and polite.
