They are experts for new construction and remodeling. The service is highly recommended, described as excellent quality with great knowledge. Work is done quickly, with very reasonable rates and courteous, polite service. The team is very responsive, personable, and cares about their work and customers. They explain what needs done and provide solutions, getting customers back up and running. They serve Henry, Hancock, Randolph, and Delaware Counties.
We used Chris Lacy before he moved to MRS and had a great experience. We needed a new well pump installed and he and his crew were quick, efficient, and the cost was very reasonable. We had to call him again this year to fix the pump as a random issue happened with it (no fault of Lacy). He got us on the schedule quickly and he and Tyler were able to repair the issue that day and explained each step of the way to my wife. We are very thankful to them and would recommend them to anyone.
Woke up with no water, called Chris Lacy and he came out and diagnosed the problem and the next day they pulled our old well pump and installed a new one. Excellent quality service and knowledge. I will highly recommend Chris and his crew to everyone!
