Probably my least favorite out of the other dr offices. You go from the parking lot almost always full, to then an elevator which confuses people because when you think your on the ground floor your not. The ground floor actually holds like the physical therapy where the pool is, And the weight room and things like that. That confuses people because you kind of feel like you're already on the ground floor but you're not. Then, you go into the waiting room. Especially if you're going to see a doctor it's normally upstairs. The waiting room is really old, really dated. Sometimes the ladies at the desk are really nice. Sometimes they're really hateful. Unintentionally sharing personal information! The whole waiting room can hear you say the patients address!!! Try saying “Is your address still the same?” Or write it down if they are unsure. The building seems clean. Hand sanitizer and face masks on hand everywhere 👍🏻
