We've been using Visiting Angels for nine months and have had nothing but outstanding service -- from the owners, to the administrative staff, and including every single caregiver. Visiting Angels New Albany offers great service on purpose -- with intention -- they want to make sure you have a great experience and you can feel that in every interaction with them across the board. It's refreshing to be their customer.
As a healthcare provider of 25 plus years, I can say these are such wonderful people that have taken optimal care of my mother. They really present with a family feel, decreasing anxiety for family members that cannot always take care of our momma. Look nowhere else!
If I could give them ten stars I would. Gave my mom amazing care and I was able to leave to run errands etc without worrying about her. Customer service and caring about people from the top down.
