We started with Home Instead in October 2023, they smoothly, took over from the other Caregiver company and have stepped up to all of our requests and needs for my mother. She is 85 years old downward spiraling in dementia. They work very fast to try to cover call ins, And I would say at least 95% of them have been covered. We recently requested 24 hour care and they could help us through the weekdays. Home Instead has been quite the blessing to our family and we can say nothing but good we have a wonderful daytime and nighttime caregivers That we 100% trust with our mother. This place has been such a big help to my father and helps me worry less! We had a problem with medication refill and they went above and beyond to help resolves the problem. The in home care has been amazing as well! Highly recommend
In September of 2019. I needed a lot of help with my mother who had dementia and was a fall risk. I called Home Instead of New Albany Indiana on the recommendation of my Mothers doctor. That is one of the best decision I could have ever made. Chasity the client care manager came out to talk to us and see what exactly we needed. She is very good at what she does and is easy to talk to. I had someone come out 4 days later and for the next 11 months they never failed to have someone here at the scheduled times.
