VisionFirst is a trusted eye care provider that has been serving the community for years. Patients praise the knowledgeable and caring staff, including Dr. Angie Buchanan and Dr. Braaten, who truly care about their patients and make every visit enjoyable. The practice is known for its quick and efficient service, with one patient receiving their contact lenses the very next day after placing an order. Customers of all ages, from 13 to 83, have had positive experiences and highly recommend VisionFirst for all their eye care needs. While the front desk staff may sometimes seem moody, the doctors and eye technicians are wonderful, providing attentive care. Glasses may take a bit longer to arrive, but the overall experience remains positive.
It's a nice place to use if it's in your network. And they have a machine that can perform the same function as dilating without the drops, wait, and light sensitivity. The only problem is that they have this wonderful tool to save time and discomfort but charge an extra $40 to use it. I wish it was included under the insurance or simply used without extra charge. It would be a great sell for older patients who hate dilating, but many don't have the $40. Help them out, please.
Dr. Braten has been an amazing eye doctor to not only me, but to my grandmother who is 98 years old, she had to have Cataract surgery, and Dr. Broughton guided her to the right surgeon, Dr. Piracha, who took great care of her. He has assisted her with her immaculate degeneration, given her the best advice and treated her with the best eye care.
He has been a great eye doctor for me as well.
