I have practiced yoga on and off for many years, but after my first child I stopped completely for five years. Life was full with a full- time professional career, being a new mom, a wife, and just trying to acclimate to everything. When I went through miscarriages with my second, third, and fourth pregnancies, I was searching for peace and understanding. I love Bikram Yoga Indiana. The staff is great. I am so glad to have this studio near to Louisvillle. It’s saved my mind, body & spirit so many times. Grateful to be able to exercise with Bikram yoga in my life.
