We had such a wonderful experience with Butch at Mr Kleanzit! Our movers rescheduled our delivery date to a day earlier - the original day Butch was supposed to clean our carpets. He worked us into his schedule to get our carpets cleaned a day earlier, and are we ever glad he did! I wish we had taken before and after pictures - it was like night and day. Aside from doing a great job, he pointed us in the direction of some local companies who do great work. This was extremely helpful for people like us who are new to the area. We cannot recommend Butch with Mr Kleanzit enought!
My carpets were too bad to repair due to pet stains and odor, I was going to use his service and put off getting new carpet until after the holidays, but Butch told me its beyond repair and doesn't want to just take my money and it still not be worth it when he leaves. A very honest man, not out to swindle anyone, that is rare.
Bruce cleaned carpets for my parents, so I was excited to have him clean when I bought a house. He's kind, professional, and does a fantastic job. I'd recommend him to anyone!
