I have a 2010 Focus, did not remove stains and still a lot of dirt …including a before and after. Is this normal? We got our new ‘21 Durango ceramic coated. Martin was very professional & service was completed on time. Not only did they make the paint look great, they also detailed it & gave us 5 free washes! Great job guysServices: Auto detailing

Took my wife’s Mazda 3 in this week. I made the appointment over the phone a week before.First, upon dropping the car off, he really had no idea we had an appointment. He stated he remembered seeing it on a napkin. I received the online confirmation two hours after I dropped the car off.When I made the appointment, I asked for an estimate. I was quoted $150-$250 based on how bad the car was inside and out.The inside of the car was pretty clean, with the exception of a stain on the seat I asked them to address.
