“First of all, the doctors and medical staff are great. Shout out to Dr. Knable especially. The admin staff are friendly and helpful, if not a little overwhelmed, due to the high volume of clients. I had a scheduling issue last week, followed by not having the best exchange with a front desk receptionist. I left a clear and direct, but not mean, message for management and assumed that was the best I would get. To my surprise, they got back to me with an appointment time later that day, which was fantastic. I get that things happen, and I was happy with how it was handled. But then, a couple of hours later, the receptionist called me, apologized for her response, and explained where things went a little sideways. In a world where customer service seems like a lost skill most of the time, I was blown away by the sincere and quick response addressing my concerns, which weren't a huge deal to begin with. I thought it was a memorable and RARE response and wanted to share it.“
