I love working for KHSS! I have been working here for almost a year and I cannot tell you how much they support their staff and their clients! Any time I have had an issue they always work with me and help me not only find a better work balance but understands the importance of my life as a single mother. I feel I can always come to our leadership team about anything. Truthfully any negative comments are usually truly made I believe from staff that wasn’t truly doing what is supposed to, taking advantage of clients, and being in their own way dismissive of what this company truly stands for. We as caregivers are to take responsibility in the moments we are with our clients and I hold that responsibility dear to my heart. Sometimes it’s not easy! I admit that but when you build a bond with your clients there truly is something enchanting and rewarding of knowing you made someone feel safe and loved for the day.
