We highly recommend Honest and Fair. They have quickly addressed the in warranty issues with our dishwasher several times. Jacob B. was able to work with the manufacturer to obtain a replacement unit. We appreciate the excellent customer support he provided. He is pleasant, knowledgeable and explains everything in the process.
Noah was very nice, professional and knowledgeable. He fixed our dryer and explained what he was doing and why. Would recommend him for any appliance repair. He is a good man and a great representative for his company Honest and Fair Appliance Repair.
Our scheduled time was between 8:30-9:30am for refrigerator repair. Steve called at 7:55am and said he would be there in 10-15 minutes. I love that I didn't have to set aside half of the day to wait for them, and then they came early was even better! Very reasonably priced. Very knowledgeable, explained what the problem was and how they would fix it. I highly recommend them for appliance repair! 5-stars!!!
