Their technician Parker came out to have a look at our freezer. He is very professional and friendly. He checked everything and quickly figured out what was wrong. He called the manufacturer and got the issues sorted.

Called to schedule a repair, requested a courtesy call prior to arrival as they charge destination fees. Didn't get a call, repair man showed up and didnt do anything but my business still got charged. I specifically requested a courtesy call to avoid the fee as I had scheduled other technicians.
