We repaired oven form this company first they took more days to repair than most company does. As well as the technician had limited knowledge about the repair. Once the repair is done I call the company to under stand what job they had performed on the oven and how they charge us, they told me the manger will call me and let me know about it. Today it been almost two month no one called me yet. So, bad customer service experience I had.

Called to schedule a repair, requested a courtesy call prior to arrival as they charge destination fees. Didn't get a call, repair man showed up and didnt do anything but my business still got charged. I specifically requested a courtesy call to avoid the fee as I had scheduled other technicians.
