ExpressCare provides kind and professional care from dedicated doctors and staff. Patients report excellent service from both providers and the front office. While some visits involve very long waits in a small waiting room, many understand that staffing shortages and high patient volume can lead to these delays. The clinic is appreciated for its availability when primary care is hard to reach. Some patients find the location confusing to find as the building lacks clear urgent care signage, though they are working to fix this. Despite wait times, patients feel they receive good, knowledgeable care and many plan to make it their regular urgent care.
Only one Dr Assistant. I liked her. Waiting room was extremely small. 5 people coughing, fever, headache. Some wore mask, not everyone. Very long wait. The staff and Dr deserve better. Starting with a larger office and more staff.
Incompetent and rude staff. The doctors are nice, but almost every time I was seen they are rushing you out the door. They wouldn’t even clean up after the person before you. One time I had a serious wound that they told me to come in for, just for them to put a bandaid on it “because the doctor is too busy”. Unbelievable.
