just had my teeth cleaned by Abby. and she is the best hygienist I've ever had.i will request her every time I go. Definitely 5 stars for Abby.

I don’t have enough time to write everything I want to say. Honestly I’ve always hated going to the dentist. Had I just come here for all my appointments, I would probably be coming in way too often. I mean, I kinda wanna go just hang out with everyone because I had such a great time. Everyone was so friendly and funny! My mouth didn’t hurt from the procedure but from laughing with the girls. I’m actually looking forward to my next appointment which says a lot, coming from a girl who had a dentist phobia! 100000/10 recommend.

I would strongly caution anyone considering Dale Family Dental. I went in for a cleaning and was advised by the hygienist that the front tooth of two overlapping bottom teeth could be pulled with minimal impact. I scheduled the extraction based on that plan. Instead, Dr. Christopher Ferlita removed the other tooth, leaving me with a larger, more obvious gap than what had been discussed. When I questioned this afterward, Dr. Ferlita was hostile and dismissive, and the only “solution” offered was nearly $1,000 worth of additional work at my expense. Mistakes can happen, but the way this situation was handled — the wrong tooth being pulled, the lack of accountability, and the rude follow-up — was unacceptable. Patients deserve a dentist who communicates clearly, takes responsibility, and treats them with respect. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience here.

If I could give zero stars, I would. If you get any dental work done here that ends up infected, do not expect to be helped. They refuse to send in anything that actually helps with pain and say to just take your antibiotics. I took them for 4 days and they didn’t work so now i am waiting on new ones. I had a feeling mid procedure that this was going to go badly. In a Monday, Dr Munier yanked and dug for over half an hour to extract 2 teeth before finally calling a different doctor in and Dr Green got them out, but not gently and took him just as long. (I should have been sent to an oral surgeon) I get 2 days of pain meds, infection kicks in and need more and they refuse. So thanksgiving day I’m in so much pain I get stuck in the ER, 104 degrees from infection, they say go see your dentist TOMORROW this looks bad. It took high doses of morphine for them to even be able to open my jaw and look. So I go, and I see someone different than the 2 who did the hack job extractions..and he pokes it and flushes it and has me in the chair screaming and crying… and then his assistant offers to numb me AFTER cleaning out the wounds so I can have a couple hours of relief at home. They promise this will provide relief by tomorrow as they cleaned all the infection out. Next day I call and say I need a stronger antibiotic and better pain meds. They said antibiotics we can do, better pain meds no. Nothing but the lowest dose of norco. Which does NOTHING when you have an infection radiating from your eye socket to your jaw. This should have never been touched by them and unfortunately I realized that too far in to the procedure. Simple cleanings and fillings, maybe they are ok, but emergency purposes, no. Go elsewhere. This has been literally one of the worst dental experiences ever.

Money scam. We paid everything upfront for dental work and the plan they scheduled now they say we have a bill. I asked when I paid upfront for everything that I would not get charged for anything else and they said no. well guess what they lied. would not recommend going there

Moved to Indiana from another state, and needed a new dentist, and I am SO happy I chose this office! I went on their website on a tuesday to schedule an appointment, and there were several openings available throughout the week, but I was surprised to find they had one open for THE SAME DAY! And this was a NEW patient appointment, mind you! These folks were so sweet and kind, and did a WONDERFUL job of cleaning the coffee stains off my teeth! My teeth are so pretty, I couldn't be more pleased! Waited less than 5 minutes for my scheduled appointment, which is just fabulous! Thanks, guys!

I recently was in the need for a new dentist, and decided to give this practice a try. I am very glad I did. It's an immaculate facility, filled with very kind professionals. I feel like I was treated extremely well during my first visit. And I also did not feel like these people were trying to invent ways to charge me more money.

We had a dental emergency and tried to get an appointment anywhere before Christmas. Dale family dentistry fit us in the same day! The office staff was very kind. The dentist was great and knowledgeable--a navy veteran. Everyone that took care of us was nonjudgmental--very important when seeing the dentist . We ended up scheduling all of our exams and cleanings.

Dr. Himshoot and her staff are incredible. They explain everything to you before they do it and work with you to get your dental health in order. I am so thankful to have them as my care team for my dental issues. I would recommend them to anyone.

Dr. Malone and Lynn are so caring, sweet and professional. I just love Lynn for being so personable, but also caring. She is like a sister. Dr Malone is honest! Dr M always shows me the X-ray so that the two of us can make a decision together. I find that extremely honest and rare. My past experiences have been that I have to take their word for it on their decisions for my teeth. There is nothing I would change about the Dale Denistry experience. I've lived in a lot of places and gone to a lot of dentists but this one is a 10 out of 10. I've never been able to say that before.
