I went to Bei Capelli salon today to get my hair highlighted and trimmed. I called a couple of times to schedule an appointment.
I was surprised that a receptionist didn't answer the phone. I am used to calling a salon and asking questions to see what stylist I'd like to make an appointment with. As a new client, it was a little uncomfortable calling and speaking directly to a stylist who was ready to put me in their schedule... would she be experienced with my kind of hair, color, etc? I was anxious to be honest about going to someone new after moving to a new area.

My daughter and I went here for the first time and my daughter was very happy with her highlights! Mine did not turn out as planned, but the manager made it right and handled the situation very professionally. This says a lot about how they handle their business and relationships with their customers! I'm very thankful for her! Would definitely recommend them!
