I joined 413 following a significant life-altering experience. My aim was to not only enhance my physical strength but also my mental resilience. Being new to exercise, I wasn't certain what to anticipate. I was matched with Sam Kolb; she displayed remarkable patience, expertise, and consistently inspires me. 14 months down the line, I enjoy my gym visits and have witness remarkable progress from where I began to where I am now. Blake, Margaret, Sam, and all the coaches have been truly exceptional. If you are contemplating improving your health and fitness, I highly recommend considering 413! It'll will be a great decision!
I’ve been a member at 413 for a couple of years now and I can honestly say I’ve never felt stronger mentally or physically! The trainers are all amazing and so encouraging. If you don’t know where to start in your fitness journey or have had problems staying consistent, I would highly recommend 413!
WOW!! That’s all I can say about 413. Being someone with severe anxiety, this place has been the best place ever!! I was sick and tired of being sick of tired of feeling horrible physically and mentally and emotionally. I made the call and spoke to Blake for a good while. I talked to my husband and it was a go. I started out with 3 months of private training with Margaret. These people are so on fire!! They make sure every movement is correct unlike other gyms.
