Jason at SES has saved the day! With a few calls, a few emails, and some photos, Jason was able to diagnose my issue remotely and push a firmware upgrade to me which solved my issue. I'm extremely grateful because I was not close to a Victron dealer and unfortunately my original dealer has ceased operation. It was a case where I was able to be up and running with a very professional technician's help. All with the convenience of doing this remotely. These guys are great. Very friendly, and most importantly, extremely competent. Jason went through our Victron system in our 2019 Airstream in about 25 minutes, and figured out the problem was a blown fuse on the batteries. We learned a lot from him and his easy-going personality helped ease our concerns and got us back on the road. Really appreciate his help, professionalism, and expertise. Worth the stop in Napanee, Indiana, just south of Elkhart ( RV capital of the world).

I had solar panels installed on my pole barn & a battery system put on the inside of my garage wall a couple months ago. Everything went real smooth & is working as advertised. Solar power runs my house while the sun is up & charges the battery. When the sun goes down the battery kicks in & runs the house most of the night. Note: Gavin was the company representitive & walked us through the process & made everything clear & easy for us. Thumbs up so far. ?
