They installed the tile floor and backsplash in our remodel 4-5 years ago. That went great and we’ve been very pleased. Yesterday I called because the heated floor controller was showing an error. This morning, Glen went to the house, found that the wire wasn’t working and switched the wiring to a spare one, he had installed under the tile, at the time of installation. Everything is great and we appreciate the quick response!
