“Wow. This place. Lemme tell you- Jill is very kind. This was my dogs’ first ever grooming appointment. Jill took the time to “get to know” my fur baby and make sure she was really comfortable before starting any kind of grooming. My dog and I left there feeling very positive and happy. Jill made sure that my dogs first time was a positive experience and that she would be thrilled to go back. Even when it came to the big scary air dryer, she took her time to reassure my dogs throughout the whole process. Yes, my dog was nervous at first with the dryer, but she ended up falling asleep from being so comfy. This place is a gem, and Jill is the shining star. Thank you.“
