Great customer service. They done an amazing job. Very thorough, Took the time And listened, Ask great questions, The doctor and the nurses were amazing. Very polite and took good care of me. My grandson’s symptoms became so much worse overnight that I made him an appointment at Well Now Urgent Care. When we arrived we were told they were running 2 hrs behind and gave us the option of being seen by Telehealth or a physician. I chose whichever would get him seen ASAP. By the time triage was completed, 2hrs later his temp was 103.9 so they moved us to a room for exam by a physician.
The nurses, Medical Assistant, and the Physician were very efficient and really took great care of all of his needs with testing and etc.
