I came to see if they could repair my daughter's glasses (she broke both fish lines and slightly bent the glasses). Not only did they fix them, they didnt charge me anything, which actually shocked me. Im grateful for their kindness and will definitely make them the vision care provider for my family!

They were absolutely amazing ! My granddaughter broke her frames and had gotten her glasses out of state. Every eye Dr we called said they would not sell us frames and had to take them where we got them., but they were happy to try to help. Unfortunately my daughter had tried to super glue them and they weren't able to get the lenses out with out breaking them l. So they called the lense maker and asked them to put a rush on making her a new pair and let her pick out new frames , and said if at a later date her prescription changed they would change the lenses for free! Dr. Rumschlag has been my optometrist for 5+ years now. He's kind, caring and listens, plus does an awesome job with adults and children. Several years ago my daughter was pregnant and had an eye injury. We went to an eye specialist and they referred us to Dr. R. He promptly took care of my daughters eye injury, educated her on the dangers of sleeping in contacts for prolonged periods of time and did it all - for free. It's not often that you find a doctor or in this case, optometrist that goes out of his way to help a young, pregnant woman, and treat her with the same respect and kindness that he does his paying clients.
