If you’re getting a fade just go ahead and go somewhere else. The left to the right side of bangs were off by a solid 1+ inches until I made the girl fix them as well.

I asked for this for a haircut for graduation. I had well enough hair to make the haircut fit. They were friendly but they told me that I just have to style my hair, which I was left with almost no hair to style it the same. I could have cut the hair by myself without looking at a mirror and get the same cut. Waste of 33 dollars and a loss of customer. No hate on a single person but some of them need training before they cut people's hairs.

I just received arguably the worst haircut of my entire life by Brittany at this place. Not only did she not use my reference photo at all, she cut everything off the back of my head when I told her I was letting it grow out. Never again.

April's work is top notch! Professional, courteous and friendly, my original review was 5*. Today, less than an hour ago, I walked out after waiting 30 min, just to get bumped at the 6 min mark...back to 34 min. Did I sign in online? No, I signed in at the kiosk upon arrival. Why should I need to go online to sign in yet again? Done.

We have had the absolute best experience with Kim. She is so patient, kind, and humble. My son has given her a run for her money, but she has found a very calm way to help him overcome his fear. I have waited many years for him to get to this point. It means so much. Thank you, Kim!!
