We had an issue with our purchase that we originally left a poor review on. The owner was very quick to reach out and immediately fixed the website issue that had led to our poor review. He also encouraged us to reach out and refunded us on the part of our order that the website had messed us up on. We really appreciate the willingness to make things right and have changed our rating. Thank you!
I ordered some lovely flowers for delivery to celebrate a friend moving to the area. The flowers arrived within my requested delivery window and looked lovely. I only wish there was a flower feed packet that came with them, as some of the flowers started dying rather quickly.
I would recommend Paul Davis Flower Shop to anyone & everyone! We live out of state in Missouri and our daughter lives in Muncie In...so I really wasn't sure who to order her birthday flowers through...and they totally delivered!! The Raspberry Lemonade bouquet is absolutely stunning and they made sure she received them in hand on her birthday, she thinks they're absolutely gorgeous!!! Paul Davis and his team went ABOVE & Beyond!
