Jill has been holding our taxes for six months now, and we’re still waiting for them. I’ve made numerous calls and visited their office in person, but our wait continues. Finally, after several phone calls, we managed to get a hold of someone. Jill assured us that she would complete our taxes as soon as possible and that they could pay any fines or fees. However, when we checked our account, we discovered that the taxes had been dropped off in April, and the quarterly statements weren’t even being generated.
