We have been getting our taxes done by Connie forever...she answers all your tax questions! I always leave her feeling confident and knowing exactly the process of the how's and why's. She knows what she is doing and does it with grace and the knowledge her customer needs to have to feel comfortable during a time that can be stressful for some. There are very few people in the world I would trust as much as Pam with Elite Tax Service. She is always the most patient and flexible in working with us. Our taxes have always been a pain, but we've had a couple of curve balls the last couple of years and I knew I was in over my head. This year I was significantly delayed in doing anything and needed an extension, it wasn't a headache to get done, and working me in to finally file was a breeze.
