Mike King and his team are the most efficient, accurate, and caring heating and cooling professionals I’ve ever worked with. Their pricing is fair, the quality of their work is excellent, and their communication is outstanding. I wholeheartedly recommend their business and expertise without hesitation.
Outstanding customer service! Responded quickly with an assessment and replaced the heating and AC unit just as quickly once I gave them the green light. The technicians left the area clean.
Note: Prior to approving the purchase and install, I obtained two other proposals, one proposal that included the same system and the other that included a like kind system of another brand. Mike King HVAC’s proposal was not only cheaper, they replaced the HVAC several days ahead of what the other companies were proposing.
I called Mike King Heating and Cooling with a urgent repair for my AC and they had someone out the same day to diagnose the issue and gave me a cost to repair or replace. Great response time and great customer service!
