Definitely thinking of a lawsuit. These people have jerked us around since we moved in using excuse after excuse to not come and fix our things. They always tell us a vendor has been contacted. Vendor never comes. Our fence has been down since we moved in and they advertise it as a fenced in yard. DO NOT RENT FROM MIDDLETOWN PROPERTY GROUP

If I could rate lower than 1 star, I would. This "property group" is awful. The maintenance requests were never completed in a reasonable timeframe. And the property itself was never cleaned or fixed prior to move in, even after paying a redecorating fee.
The thermostat broke during the summer and it got to 100 degrees. My dogs were heating up so bad that I had to give them cold baths just to keep them from getting heatstroke. It took at least 5 phone calls to finally get Middletown to get a maintenence company to the house to fix the thermostat.
I would recommend going with anything other than Middletown. Stay far away.... read full review

This place should be shut down and deserve no stars! Terrible rental property run find another place to rent. My son and roommates don't even have working electricity and they won't fix it and expect rent money. No refrigerator and have the lights work in home. Talking about they waiting on a bid to fix smh. They cheap but collecting all the money.
