I usually do my own Computer work ,but I was stumped. I called them and told them I thought I destroyed my pc and the said they would do a diagnostic on it for a great price. I was glad I called them, they found the problem while doing the service and they figured it out. I am not a novice I have been working with computes for over 30 years and I will be taking all my pc work there from now on. Great price Great service and great Customer service

I highly recommend Steve Oschman and Seth Wells at Telemagen. They listened to my computer problems and found solutions for me. Their prices are very reasonable and they work very quickly. Talking to them is soooooo much better than talking to the foreigners I have spoken to online.

I definitely recommend! They helped me so quickly & for a great price! HP did not help me, they ignored my warranty & tried to charge me atleast $300 without knowing the simple issue. These guys fixed my computer within an hour of dropping it off & only charged me $50. All I needed was the a/c adapter re-inserted back into the motherboard. Thanks guys! I will definitely skip calling HP next time & just come straight to you.
