Dr. Miller and all the staff are great to work with. They are both competent and kind/ friendly - too rare an occurrence these days in my personal experience! You frequently get one or the other, but not both. Staff a helpful and patient w people trying to make decisions on new frames as example: They seem to understand what is everyday for them may be a once in > 12 yr decision for a customer. They're happy to look at your insurance; what they will pay or not. Contacts bought through them are sent directly to your house. I originally went there d/t insurance requirements, but have stayed bc I recommend them.

The office staff was very polite, helpful and welcoming. Dr. Miller very thoroughly explained the findings of my eye examination and what the outcome meant. I felt like he listened to my questions and answered them in a way the was understandable.

Everyone was very Friendly and Polite. Doctor did a great job on my Right Eye having some foreign material in it. I was in and out in less than 30 minute. Eye feels great this morning. Thank you all.
