I had my visit with Dr. Luis Vieira Guerrero at Mooresville IU Health Clinic today, and it was amazing. The front desk staff was so welcoming, answering all my questions with smiles. The nurse who took my vitals was super kind, putting me at ease right away.
Dr. Guerrero is incredible. I’ve struggled to find a doctor who truly listens, but he’s different. I shared my women’s health issues, other health concerns, and mental health struggles, and he genuinely cared. He didn’t just nod, he was right there with me, ready to help.
As soon as I explained everything, he jumped into action, setting up appointments for tests and specialists. He took every concern seriously, from my women’s health needs to my mental health, and made sure I had the support I needed. His kindness made me feel so seen, and I left feeling hopeful and lighter.
I’ve had such a hard time finding a doctor who gets me, but Dr. Guerrero changed that. The whole team at the clinic was warm and wonderful, and I’m so grateful I found them. I’d recommend him to everyone!

IU Health has lost my business indefinitely. I’m usually seen up in Brownsburg but have not been happy with the service I’ve received ever since IU took over.
I’m new to Mooresville and was wanting to give IU health another opportunity to be my PCP.
While I’m sure the medical staff at this location are perfectly capable, but the 2 stars represent lack of answering the phone for a new patient appointment. I called several times within a 2 hour window and still wasn’t able to speak with anyone.
I ended going with a PCP that’s not affiliated with a big hospital brand.

Dr. Bernhardt is easily one of the most uncaring and unhelpful doctors. He doesn't care about you and he makes it extremely clear all he cares to do is to write you a script and get you leave so he can go back to gossiping about his patients instead of actually giving the care people need.

Yesterday, I received a voicemail telling me that Dr. Schmitt doesn't want to be my PCP anymore. “She doesn't want to be your PCP anymore,” after I mistook the 11th for the 12th. I had called to reschedule, and it was scheduled for April before this call/VM was left when I was away from my phone. I called to ask what was happening and was told I had missed three appointments in a year. I wondered what the other two were and was told in April last year. I informed them that one appointment was missed due to my being in an intensive behavioral health program. At the time, Dr.Schmitt said she understood. The other appointment was scheduled in error, not by me. Fast forward to this February. I made an appointment to have my antidepressant increased because of two deaths in the family. I felt my depression was coming back. Three hours before my appointment, I got a call saying I had to reschedule because Dr. Schmitt had to leave. I was rescheduled for the next week. That appointment came up, and two hours before my appointment, I got a call saying that Dr. Schmitt needed to leave and I needed to reschedule. I told them that I needed to get my meds ASAP because I was getting bad again. I was rescheduled to March 12th. I sent a message to Dr. Schmitt stating I hoped everything was ok and pleading that I needed an increase in my meds twice with no response. The missed appointment yesterday was in me. I'm in an active depression, so I got the dates wrong. The way I was let go as a patient with no professionalism or compassion WHILE what could become a mental health crisis quickly seems pretty unethical to me. I wasn't given any referrals to find another doctor, either. Sara Brown

Do not, I repeat, do not go to this place for anything. Trying to get a simple nasua medicine that I have been on for years, was told no. Blood work needed. Did that and left without a dionoises. I was so sick and was there for hours. The nurse practitioner was all I was offered to see at my Dr. Apt.
When they did the blood work. I told her it was hurting because she was digging for me vain after the 5 times. So she jerked it out and told me to....GET OUT OF HERE ! The prationers name was Eric. I feel very humiliated and un important

I have severe bronchitis. Doctor refused to give what I need to get better I no my body better than he does.

Went to Dr kinnamon for years and then a new doctor at this office saw my son. My baby had a small bruise and we were ordered to sit at Riley's childrens hospital for 12 hours before we saw an actual doctor. Then the labs came back that he needed a blood transfusion and then they retested resulting that it was an error and my child was actually healthy. Over nothing. My child was fine. Surprise. All that heartache and scare for nothing. Needless to say we found another doctors office!!
