Buddy and Schuyler are very skilled, do prompt service and don’t hard pressure or intimidate. They were able to keep an old heat pump limping along until things could be arranged to get a replacement. They are able to answer any questions, provide a good attitude during the consultation and estimate phase and then come out and do conscientious work efficiently with very good value. I have needed HCI twice now and was extremely satisfied both times. Buddy has such a positive helpful energy and is genuinely happy to take care of his customers. When I called after the long holiday weekend- I fully expected to be told weeks before they could come out to look at my ac problem. He came out as quickly as possible- fixed it on the spot and was done in less than an hour. Needed an inspection of heat pump, knowing that refrigerant was low. Our usual HVAC service company hadn't been reaching out for a biannual clean and check in quite some time, and when called a few times to arrange an appointment, no answer. Even no follow up call after leaving several messages. Called Buddy at HCI, was able to set up appointment for later that week and received prompt and efficient service to the keep the old unit operating until a decision can be made about a new one. Highly recommend them, very friendly and approachable with good knowledge and informative when asked questions. No hard selling either.
