I didn't end up becoming a customer because my house was quite a complex project, BUT I had to leave a positive review because of the excellent customer experience! Jeff was so patient, kind, thorough, and fair. He spent time educating me about my options and couldn't have been nicer by providing me tips and guidance for caring for my yard. All-around, Jeff is the person you want to work with on projects like this. If my situation changes in the future, he'll be my first call!

Recently had Allen Irrigation install a system for my lot. Everything about the process was great -- Jeff came out to give me a quote, was clear on pricing, services, and timeline. The installation itself seemed to finish out very quickly -- the crew that was here worked hard, were respectful of my property and neighbors, and did a great job even cleaning up after they were done. Jeff Allen met with us just prior to construction completion of our new home. He took careful measurements and provided an acceptable and detailed estimate. We were going to be on vacation later in the summer when he had an opening in his schedule. He worked hard to get the job finished just before we left. This summer's drought and other landscaping work had done a number on our lawn. With the system up and running during our 10 day trip, we returned to a very nice looking lawn. Following the installation he often stopped by to see how the system was running and checking to make sure we were satisfied. We couldn't be happier, and recommend Allen Irrigation highly.

I contracted with Allen Irrigation Company to install an irrigation system at my new home. I started this process at the end of last year going into winter 2020. They were very responsive any time I called with questions. My home was built and completed in Dec. 2020. Jeff and Nick were amazing to work with. Jeff came out to my house twice, the week before the install and the day of to cover a final review and get his crew going. I was full of questions and he was extremely patient and answered all of my questions. His installation team showed up on time both days. They were very friendly and respectful of my property. The ground where one of the sprinklers was being installed was full of gravel from construction. They took the time to dig out the gravel and put dirt from a neighboring build in and threw the gravel out. Wow, would’ve been a lot easier to just pack the gravel back in. That meant a lot and they treated the whole job that way. They cleaned up everything and I can hardly tell they were ever here. The quality of work and products is great. I would highly recommend these guys for any irrigation needs. I spent a little more with them compared to other quotes I received. I’m in the service industry and believe you get what you pay for. I definitely got what I paid for and couldn’t be happier. Way to go Allen Irrigation Company!!
