This terrific funeral family went above & beyond to care for our family during our Mother’s passage to heaven. Randy, Kathryn, & Kendra were exceptional with every detail! Despite some personal & professional challenges during the time of Mom’s death, our family was treated with respect & dignity. And their care doesn’t end with the funeral, it is just the beginning of our relationship as we begin the grief process. Losing a loved one is so hard, but Randy Springer made the planning of our loved ones funeral pain free! He and his wife Kathrine went above and beyond to help us! We highly recommend them!
Having to be in the situation for the first time, I couldn't have asked for more compassionate, caring, and respectful people. I've known Kathryn for over 20 years and knew I could have complete trust in her and Randy. Although I do feel bad for them having to travel over an hour one way in the middle of the night, when they should have been sleeping, I was very happy with my choice :)
