Best inspector I've used! he actually encouraged me to walk around with him and ask questions and take notes if I wanted. he was very thorough and explained everything he saw, the cause, and even possible repair options! very knowledgeable! and he made the entire process easy with online payments and text reminders! highly recommend!!
