Super friendly & easy to work with. I wanted to make sure everything was perfect before spending the money & they were very patient with me. They explained their products & installation well.
We had a new heat pump installed several months ago and it stopped working about 3-4 wks ago. We had several visits from the service guys trying to discover the problem, which they did, and they tried several repairs suggested by the manufacturer, but none of them worked. Finally, Kirby came out, and discovered another issue, which when repaired, fixed the problem. We now have our a/c but on and working overtime in the heat. And since we’re still under warranty, it didn’t cost us a thing.
The staff is always professional. They take care to have our property as clean as possible. Every detail is important and they make sure to finish to our expectations. They don’t rush to run off to their next appointment. We were advised on what they were doing and why it was needed.
